  • I can cook five or more healthy meals that taste delicious.
  • I can listen and track another person so that they feel understood.
  • I can create a budget that is reliable and stick to it.
  • I can negotiate a win/win agreement or walk away when win/win is not possible.
  • I can drive the vehicles I use safely.
  • I can type and use my computer and phone effectively.
  • I can present myself in writing coherently.
  • I can brainstorm a variety of possibilities and pick the ideas that are effective and applicable to my boundaries, principles and abilities.
