Self-Awareness Module
​​To assess your 10X status ask yourself "how many of these statements feel accurate in my life?" and make an action plan for the most important area you want to improve.
  • I have taken the HSP online test and know if I or my partner is neurologically a Highly Sensitive Person, referencing Elaine Aron's work of the same title.
  • I know my optimum routine (I am a morning person, need nine hours of sleep etc.).
  • I have completed the trauma-module.
  • Every week I spend an hour or more opening up to my intuitive feminine side through some mix of activities that might include:
  • Writing poetry.
  • Painting.
  • Drawing.
  • Sculpting.
  • Recording dreams/ lucid dreaming.
  • Constellation therapy.
  • Letting your mind wander in nature.
  • Entering a flow state in yoga.
  • I keep a journal daily, reviewing choices and the days events.
  • Listening to music which creates an altered state.
  • I have a sense of the impact I have on others and understand it, and am taking steps to increase my positive impact.
  • I am aware of my inner ages as they occur: I know when I am five years old emotionally and when I'm emotionally eight or twenty years old and can recognize these shifts.
  • I notice my body's reactions to different energies, environments and people, and use these sensations to learn what is going on in me and in others.
  • I know where I get stuck and also what environment brings out the best in me.
  • I understand the top seven values in my value hierarchy and how that shapes my life by integrating those values in my daily choices.
